I am so exhausted yet again. Today I only worked half a day because I had to go pick up my prescriptions and I went to visit my mom, sister, and nephew too.
We went to this local park in the area where my mom lives and walked two miles around the track and did some of their weight machines. I really have to get some new shoes asap because my feet are KILLING me. I feel like I have blisters on the bottom of my feet.
Too tired to post, again. Promise to blog more this weekend.
Tomorrow I have to go to work early for a meeting, and it seems I decide to blog at the last minute. Now I’m all tired and don’t feel like writing. There will be more tomorrow.
I am so exhausted. I really had a huge breakdown last night, again even after I wrote my blog because Mike came home and we talked some and all these feelings from the past with other people just came rushing to me and I lost it. I couldn’t sleep good last night and woke up with my eyes so swollen I could barely open them. I only worked half a day because I was just miserable.
We had a pretty good day. I actually really enjoyed my day with him today. I felt really bad because we went to the grocery store and he spent more money than he wanted to and I could see in his face how much he was stressing. I told him everything would be okay, and I truly believe that it will be so I hope he trusts me when I say it.
I am so ready for level 2 of 30 Day Shred. Level one is really just getting old to me.
I am so exhausted. I am only on day 5/30 of 30 Day Shred and I feel like it is day 100. Not giving up, though.
Gonna keep this short and sweet again tonight because I feel absolutely exhausted.
Today the air conditioner went out at work. Now usually, they keep it hot in there and we all die, but this was UNREAL. My supervisor finally let us go when it was between 82-89 degrees in there. I felt like I was roasting and I hate sweating at work!
The 30 Day Shred was hard today. I kept putting it off and really didn’t want to do it, but I sucked it up and did it. I am only on day 5, but I feel like it is day 100 and I am getting bored. I can’t wait for level 2.
My cousin left today, and I feel like I had no weekend at all. I am so exhausted and I do not feel like making much of a post tonight.
I didn’t think we were going to be able to go to the gym today because I had to take my cousin back at 4pm. Where I had to drop him off was about an hour away. My fiance gets off work at 3:30 and is usually home by 4:10. The gym closes at 5pm on Sunday. So, I thought I would’ve been back at 5, but I was able to drop him off a little early and made it home by 4:12. We were able to go to the gym for 30 minutes. My fiance was giving me trouble about going to the gym because he already had it in his mind that we weren’t going, but then I threatened to go without him and finally moaning and groaning the entire time he got ready and went with me. He thanked me as we were leaving for motivating him. It is nice having that support from each other.
